General documents required for visa application

1. Original passport: valid for at least 3 months from the date of departure from the Schengen area and with 2 blank pages.
2. Fully filled out visa application form with signature of the writer.
3. 02 recent photos in size 3.5 x 4.5 cm. Dress neatly, clearly, face not covered by hair.
4. Applicant's ID card/Citizen ID card.
5. Form CT07 is required.
6. Marriage certificate/Divorce decision/Death certificate of wife or husband (if any).
7. ID card/Citizen ID card of wife or husband.
8. Children's birth certificate.
9. ID card/Citizen ID card of child.
10. Financial documents for Portugal visa application.
